The following are just a few of Judd's representative engagements with Kaeppel Consulting:
- As an Integration Process Consultant and Project Manager, Judd accomplished system, telephony, staffing, training, and management integration for a 420-person contact center - a result of the merger of Liberty Mutual and Safeco Insurance companies - within 4 months.
- Judd served as the engagement lead for Kaeppel's support of TxDOT's Modernization program. He was responsible for execution oversight for the Kaeppel staff supporting TxDOT.
- He served as Project Manager and Consulting Architect for Texas Department of Public Safety's Enterprise Architect deployment.
- As Process Consultant and Project Manager for assessment of IBC Bank's IT department, Judd identified opportunities in IT organization, processes, and strategies, investigated solution options, and facilitated solution prioritization, selection, and planning.
Judd also worked with USAA in several operational, architect, and project manager positions within USAA's Life Insurance, Banking, and Enterprise Business Operations units.
Judd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
